Photorealistic raw smartphone mirror-selfie fit-check video, vertical 9:16, ~11s, in a high-rise apartment bathroom at night. Documentary realism, looks like a real influencer mirror video on Douyin. A REAL photorealistic human woman with natural skin texture, visible pores, fine hair strands and realistic phone-camera grain. Use the reference image ONLY for outfit, proportions and poses; re-render fully in real-life photographic style, IGNORE its art style. Absolutely NOT anime, NOT cartoon, NOT 2D, NOT 2.5D, NOT cel-shaded, NOT manga, NOT illustration, NOT 3D CG, NOT a game character.
Subject: an adult Asian woman, fit toned figure, long dark hair, in a dark navy one-piece athletic swimsuit with thin white seam-line trim and thin straps, non-transparent, no logos, holding a phone for a mirror selfie. Background: floor-to-ceiling window with blurred night city lights, purple-blue ambient light, bathtub edge in foreground.
Audio/music mood: punchy upbeat electronic dance beat, strong bass, fast tempo, energetic hook. No dialogue.
Timeline (confident tasteful fit-check showing her athletic figure):
0-1.5s: Mirror reveal on the beat, facing the mirror, phone at chest, hand at her collarbone, confident gaze.
1.5-3.5s: Three-quarter angle, one hand on her waist to show her waistline, slight hip shift.
3.5-5.5s: Phone lowers, framing her front silhouette to show the athletic fit (tasteful, NOT an intimate-area closeup), adjusts a strap.
5.5-7.5s: Side profile showing her waist-to-hip curve, hand running down her hip.
7.5-9.5s: Back to the mirror, looks over her shoulder, showing back and hip curve, confident gaze.
9.5-11s: Turns back to front, playful head tilt, faint smile, city lights behind.
Keep realistic phone texture, stable proportions, consistent realistic face, tasteful body-confidence mood. Avoid explicit framing, lingerie, transparent fabric, nudity, sexualized closeups of intimate areas, warped limbs, extra fingers, face drift, real brand logos.
documentary realism + 像真实抖音视频 indistinguishable from real footage + visible pores/skin texture + 参考图只取造型不取画风 + 一长串 NOT anime/2D/2.5D/cel-shaded/manga/CG。
figure / waistline / waist-to-hip curve / back and hip curve / athletic fit这类安全措辞体现曲线，规避 breast/butt 等敏感词，同时保留NOT intimate-area closeup / no sexualized closeup护栏 → 既吸睛又不被审查拦。
